Our terms, in full, before you talk to us

Below are eight questions worth asking any agency, including this one. We answer them before you get in touch. When we place you with a partner, those same eight questions are the ones we put to them in writing before you are given a contact.

Two ways to work with us

First: we manage your account ourselves — content planning, fan messaging, promotion, reporting. That includes our shooting material: lighting, angles, posing, preparing a set — step by step, so a first shoot day is not wasted film. In that case the terms are ours, and they are set out below.

Second: we place you with an agency from our partner network (40 agencies). You then work with them directly, and we are accountable for the selection and for the fact that their terms passed our review. Placement usually takes 1 day(s).

Which one fits depends on your niche, language, time zone and how much time you can put in. We say so on the first call, not after a signature.

1. What percentage, and what is it calculated from

When we manage: 25% of revenue net of the platform’s 20% fee. That is the only payment — no retainer, no separate charge for onboarding, promotion or chatters.

When we place you: placement costs you 0; the agency pays our fee. Agencies in the network charge 30–50%, most commonly 40%. You see the exact figure in the offer before you sign anything.

The second half of that question matters as much as the first. The platform keeps 20% of every transaction, and agencies calculate their cut either before or after that fee. A percentage quoted without its base is not comparable to anything — the platform fee comes from its own terms.

2. Who owns the account

The model does, on both tracks. The account is registered to her details, tied to her email and her bank details. We — and any partner agency — get working access, not ownership.

An agency that proposes registering the profile in its own name does not enter the network. Profiles being sold on without the creator’s consent is one of the central findings in reporting on manager exploitation, and it is the first thing we check.

3. Can you leave at any time

From us, yes: 7 days notice and the arrangement ends. We do not hold exclusivity.

From a partner agency: on the exit terms shown in your offer — we do not put forward agencies that lock a model in. If something goes wrong after a placement, you come back to us rather than facing the agency alone; finding you another one is part of the work we were already paid for.

4. Who has access to your content and documents

A named team, listed before you start and updated whenever anyone changes. Access is granted through the platform’s own tools, never by passing a password around in chat.

Verification documents are uploaded by you, to the platform, directly. We ask for 0 documents before a signed agreement and none after — no passport, no selfie holding an ID, no photo of a card. Nobody on our team and nobody at a partner may request them in direct messages. What we keep of anything sent through this site is in the privacy policy.

5. Is geoblocking available

Yes. By default we block your own country plus any regions you list — usually a home town, a region, and the countries relatives live in. Partners are held to the same requirement.

Geoblocking is not anonymity: it hides the profile from direct viewing in the countries you name, but it cannot stop content being forwarded. We go through the full risk picture before you start, not after.

6. Who talks to subscribers

A chatter team — ours or the agency’s — writing as you, inside limits you set: what may be offered, what is never discussed, which topics are closed entirely. Those limits are written down before launch and change only when you change them.

You can read any conversation at any time: your access to your own account is never restricted, by anyone, for any reason.

7. Are there exit penalties

Not with us: the penalty for terminating is 0. No liquidated damages, no "reimbursement of promotion spend", no withholding part of a final payout.

With partners, penalty clauses are a screening factor. If an agency’s contract carries a fee for leaving early, we show it to you as its own line before you sign.

8. When and how the money arrives

Money moves from the platform straight to your own details. Neither we nor a partner agency sits in the middle, and neither can delay a payment — that is a condition of being in the network.

When we manage, we invoice our share separately after the money has reached you, rather than holding it back first. Cadence is weekly, on Fridays. The platform’s own minimum withdrawal is $20.

How an agency is vetted before you get its contact

We have been doing this since 2011 and have seen how bad contracts end. Vetting is not a conversation: an agency shows us the contract, the payout flow and who will actually be on the account.

What we never do

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost a model to be placed with an agency?
Placement costs the model 0 — the agency that takes her on pays our fee. We have operated since 2011 and place from a network of 40 agencies, usually within 1 day(s).
How much does an OnlyFans agency charge?
Agencies in our network charge 30–50%, most commonly 40%; when we manage the account ourselves it is 25% of revenue net of the platform’s 20% fee. Percentages are only comparable alongside their base, because the platform separately keeps 20%.
Who owns the account when you work with an agency?
The model owns it 100%: the account is registered to her details, her email and her bank details, and the agency holds working access with 0 rights to the profile itself. Agencies that register profiles in their own name are not in our network.
Can you leave an agency if it does not work out?
Yes: from us with 7 days notice and a 0 penalty, and from a partner on the exit terms shown in the offer before signing. If an agency is not the right fit we place you again, at no additional cost to the model.
Should you send your passport to an agency?
No. Verification documents go from you to the platform directly, and before a signed agreement we ask for 0 documents — no passport, no selfie with an ID. Being asked to send documents in direct messages is a standard sign of a scam.
How long does an application take to answer?
We reply within 12 hours, to every application. If it takes longer, email hello@chattermgmt.com — it means the message did not reach us.
